Systemic: Dizziness / Lightheadness-Mild, Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Mild, Additional Details: pt states he had anxiety after watch wife get her immunization. Walked away and passed out briefly,turned pale. Was able to walk, sat in pharmacy area for about 15 minutes and was fine.
