Site: Pain at Injection Site-Medium, Systemic: Joint Pain-Medium, Additional Details: Pt presented with pain in right deltoid ~1 week or less from administration date. talked with pt and showed me where injection was given and did not appear too high in my judgment of his explanation. he is having pain at site and had complaint of shoulder mobility issues with inflammation from what he described. Advised to have pt seek medical attention to assess shoulder.
