Injection site pain

Symptom narrative

Site: Pain at Injection Site-Mild, Additional Details: Per patient, she had a normal pain at the injection site for about 2-3 days after receiving the vaccine. Then 6 weeks later, the pain at the injection site came back and has been in the pain for about 2 weeks now. She's taking tylenol occassionally at night and massages the area. She denies of any shoulder/joint immobility. She still has full range of motion.
