Site: Pain at Injection Site-Severe, Systemic: left arm and hand pain/ limited range in motion-Severe, Systemic: Joint Pain-Severe, Additional Details: Pt states her whole left arm and hand is affected with severe pain and limited range of motions. states her little finger is discolored and black but the prescriber says this will pass with time. Pt had a doctor visit on april 10th, and states provider suggests this may be vaccine related and injection may have been given too high. prescribers has provided pt with topicals, exercises, and will be using an arm brace.
