Symptom narrative

Site: Bruising at Injection Site-Mild, Site: Itching at Injection Site-Mild, Site: Pain at Injection Site-Mild, Site: Redness at Injection Site-Mild, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Mild, Systemic: Allergic: Itch Generalized-Mild, Additional Details: Patient began brusing at injection site the evening of getting the vaccine. The next day, bruise was darker and bigger. On the 3rd day, part of her arm under the injection site began to swell, turn pink and felt hot. She put a ice pack to help. One week later (day she came in to report adverse effect), she still has a bruise the size of the bottom of a soda can and it has been a little itchy for a few days. Slight muscle pain when she pushes on area. No reaction to vaccines in the past.
