Therapeutic measures were taken as a result of myalgia, meniscus injury. Clinical course: She informed that she was experiencing a medical event after Jan2022. She had the Pfizer covid booster and nobody was really connecting it but after a few months she started to get muscle aches. Now she was being told it could be related and that she should report it. She has had three surgeries and she will be going for a fourth surgery. The patient informed that it was in Apr2022 when the muscle aches started in right and left arm, they were both hurting at the same time. The treatment was first surgery was a repair for right rotator cuff muscle which happened in Jun2022. The second surgery was for her left rotator cuff muscle which happened in Nov2022. The patient informed that her two knees started hurting and found out she has a torn meniscus in right and left knee. She had a third surgery which was on 29Aug2024 to repair torn meniscus in the left knee. Her left knee was very painful and cannot use it, therefore, the fourth surgery which will be a repair of the right meniscus has not been scheduled yet. She was in the process to get hip X-rays since all the muscles in hips fell down. She reached out to a doctor and now she was having an autoimmune condition, clarified as rheumatoid arthritis which she was told could be triggered by the virus or the vaccine. She was changing doctors.
