Symptom narrative

My left arm started hurting about 1 month after that vaccine & still having chronic pain in left arm. I saw NP 12/4/25. & she ordered an x-ray of my left arm & put me on gabapentin on 12/23/24.

X-ray 12/4/25. , I've seen orthopedic for my left arm-had another x-ray with them 12/19/25, I went to physical therapy for my arm 1/3/25. I went to pain management 1/22/25. I've had an MRI of my neck 12/24/24. & MRI of shoulder 03/27/25. I had a cortisone injection in my spine 2/25/25. & lab work done 04/10/25.
