vaccine was determined to be out of the optimal temperature range for storage. No symptoms observed or reported at time of administration. No additional treatment was required. Pfizer unable to provide viability of vaccinations stored outside of the advised temperature range. Patient and parent was informed and will vaccinate again in the fall.
