Symptom narrative

Rotavirus vaccine: severe abdominal pain resulting in inconsolable crying for 6 hours starting 2 hours after vaccine administration. MMR: Thrombocytopenic Purpura within 3 weeks of vaccine administration. Resulted in emergent hematology consultations and lab tests.
