Symptom narrative

Patient states the night of the vaccine, she experienced malaise, fever and chills. The next day at work, April 16, she experienced right arm swelling. On April 17th, she sought care of her primary care physician who diagnosed her with cellulitis. The patient states she was given Rocephin and Amoxicillin.
