Symptom narrative

Patient received vaccine in left arm IM, then a couple days later developed a rash on the fatty region of her left arm (upper and inner part of left arm). The rash was raised and red and about 4 inches in length. The emergency room diagnosed as cellulitis and prescribed Bactrim DS.

Medical history

Last June had breast cancer (took 16 radiation treatments)

Other medications

Simvastatin 20mg, Alendronate 35mg, Tamoxifen 20mg
