Symptom narrative

Resident came to clinic on 4/23/25 complaining of arm pain after receiving vaccines from Pharmacy on 4/18/25. Area was hard, red, induration present and large blister present (size of a quarter). No fever and pain only when area was palpated. She was prescribed antibiotics by the physician and is scheduled for a follow up on 4/28/25.
