Symptom narrative

Patient arrived 1 week later after receiving "Prevnar 20" with redness and swelling about the size and shape of a football. Patient denies having any redness, swelling, burning, or itching around her throat, mouth, or chest. Patient states swelling started as local redness and has since swollen to todays size.
