Symptom narrative

Baby was stable on room air, ready for discharge, and a few hours after Prevnar 20, baby became apneic, turned gray and had to be placed on non-invasive mechanical ventilation. It took 2 days to fully recover and return to baseline. Of note, he received Pediarix the day prior., and ACTHIB the morning of the event (all vaccines spaced apart by 12 hours)
