Symptom narrative

Patient got a vaccine for Twinrix yesterday. Patient's husband came today and told that she is having some side effects of the vaccine. Patient had diarrhea and was throwing up during night and was not able to sleep good. Told husband to watch out for any serious reaction and if any go to ER. He told he will keep a watch on her.
