Symptom narrative

Patient received a second dose of the Ixiaro vaccine 5 years after receiving a single dose of this vaccine in 2020. She had no side effects after this first dose. Patient felt lethargic the evening off and the day after receiving the second Ixiaro vaccine. She stated that she developed an accelerated heart beat up to 106bpm and felt irregular heart palpitations that same day. ( day 1) I called the next day and patient had visited her PCP and her vitals were as follows: BP 122/74 and Pulse : 90BPM Patient reported a pulse of up to 120 bpm that day (day2) Her PCP scheduled an EKG for her. I called patient again 4/22/25. She stated that she felt heart palpitations for about 5 days and then not anymore. She still has an elevated heart beat as of 4/22/25. Pt states that her pulse is now between 70 and 90 bpm. She has no other symptoms.
