A third dose of Shingrix vaccination was given at an off site clinic. Vaccinator checked and there were no Shingrix doses reported for the patient. Vaccinator also asked patient if he had ever received a shingles vaccination and he stated it had been over 10 years since he received a shingles vaccination.
