Dose administered after temperature excursion/patient given MMR(Priorix) that was frozen prior to reconstitution; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional and described the occurrence of incorrect storage of drug in a 1-year-old male patient who received MMR (Priorix) (batch number 3D72S, expiry date 01-SEP-2025) for prophylaxis. Concomitant products included Priorix. On 10-MAR-2025, the patient received Priorix (subcutaneous) .5 ml. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Priorix, the patient experienced incorrect storage of drug (Verbatim: Dose administered after temperature excursion/patient given MMR(Priorix) that was frozen prior to reconstitution).
