No additional adverse event (AE); Pharmacist reports 47 year old female received first dose of GARDASIL 9 on 3/24/2025; This spontaneous report was received from a Pharmacist on 21-Apr-2025 and refers to a 47-year-old female patient. The patient's medical history was not reported. The patient's concurrent conditions were not reported. Concomitant therapies were not reported. On 24-Mar-2025, the patient was vaccinated with first dose of quadrivalent human papillomavirus (types 6, 11, 16, 18) recombinant vaccine (GARDASIL) (strength, dose, route, lot # and expiration date were not reported) for prophylaxis (Product administered to patient of inappropriate age).
