Symptom narrative

Left arm pain that radiates to hand and fingers. She is experiencing numbness in the arm and has some difficulty using the arm. She was evaluated by an Emergency Department physician as well as a Neurologist and Pain specialist. The Gabapentin and steroids that were prescribed do not seem to be effective.

Asthma, Eczema

Arm ultrasound: normal MRI of cervical neck: normal MRI of left shoulder: Edema of lateral deltoid possibly affecting nerve bundle
