Symptom narrative

never received his second dose; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a 61-year-old male patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (received 1st dose on 26-JUN-2021, in left arm). On an unknown date, the patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: never received his second dose). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 17-APR-2025 The patient self-reported this case. The patient received his first dose of Shingrix vaccine and never received his second dose. Till the time of reporting, the patient did not receive 2nd dose of Shingrix, which led to incomplete course of vaccination.
