Pt. developed a fever on 3/27/25, on 3/29/25, pt developed a maculopapular rash at the hairline on his forehead, and it progressed down his trunk and out to his extremities. Pt also experienced cough and coryza. He was seen in the pediatric ED and suspected of having measles by the clinician.
