Symptom narrative

Pt began to experience numbness & tingling in R feet 45 minutes after the vaccine. In evening fingers in R hand got stuck. Numbness & tingling in R feet has now progressed to pain in R leg.

Hyperlipemia, Asthma, Sciatica, SVT, DM
