Previously administered products included Shingrix (I got a shot in 2018). On an unknown date, the patient received the 2nd dose of Shingrix. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced drug dose administration interval too long (Verbatim: didn't get a second shot. Then I got another shot in 2024).
