Symptom narrative

Fatigue, Achy, fever, erythema multiforme rash, vomiting, with cough. Received IVF, ceftriaxone, azithromycin, and fluconazole. Discharged on Augmentin only and cetirizine rash improved. Kidney function returned to normal.
