Symptom narrative

Shortly after receiving the pneumonia and shingrix vaccine on 3/18/025, I began experiencing the following symptoms: 1 . Sudden hearing loss in my right ear 2. Persistent and distressing ringing 3. Dizziness, especially when standing for extended periods 4. Nerve tingling on my face 5. Generalized fatigue and weakness These symptoms have not improved and I am mostly bedridden due to the constant dizziness and instability. My ability to work, socialize, and perform basic daily activities has been severely been limited. Prior to the vaccination i was in good health and led an active lifestyle. This reaction has had a devastating impact on my physical well-being.
