Symptom narrative

TM reports she got Heplisav B shot and a rash started on her torso that day. It slowly progressed and spear to under her arms. She denies shortness of breath. Rash to upper truck and extremities only. Upon speaking with her she was 3 days post shot with a rash at that time, was improving.
