Symptom narrative

The patient experience some tingling and said her hand swelled up some later that day. Her arm started to bruise as well around the site. The swelling in hand subsided and has gone away entirely but there is some bruising around the site. Her shoulder area feels fine and not painful . But still tender in the bruised area which has yellowed some since last week.
