Patient developed vomiting and increased temp, was transferred to hospital r/t acute change in condition and tested positive for covid at the hospital

hx CVA w/ R side hemiplegia, dysphagia & aphasia, epilepsy, DM2, HTN, hyperlipidemia, hypothyroidism, lymphedema

tested negative for covid on Abbott ID Now NAAT test at approx 0115 4/30/2025, was transferred to hospital at approx 0830 and tested positive for covid at the hospital- admitted with dx of COVID, increased WBCs, and cellulitis
