Symptom narrative

High fever (103.4) resulting in febrile seizure. Taken by ambulance to hospital where he was monitored for about four hours. Tests were run to determine the cause of the fever (chest x-ray, nasal swab, urinalysis), but nothing was abnormal in tests.

Current illness

About one month prior, infected ingrown toenail treated with cephalexin.

All on 4/30/25. Nasal swab - negative for COVID, influenza, and RSV. Urinalysis - negative for infection. Chest x-ray - normal
