Around 30 seconds after she got her HPV and Menquadfi vaccines (in that order) , she fell back on the exam table and had a brief episode of general shakiness, seizure -like, had a blank look in her eyes. This spell was witnessed by her mother and the medical assistant who is the one that gave the vaccines. It lasted around 2-3 seconds as per both observants, after which she made eye contact and stated that her head hurt. At that time, I was called to the room, checked vitals at 4:17 pm (4/30/25), were stable. Observed her for around 20 min, in that process her vitals were checked again, they were still normal. She stated she felt fine, walked in the room.
