Symptom narrative

Immediately after receiving the vaccination, patient felt lightheaded and needed to lie down. Shortly after lying down, the patient had a brief loss of consciousness with seizure activity. After about 30 seconds, patient regained consciousness and complained of headache and nausea. Clinic Triage nurses and patient Primary care provider were called in to assist patient. Patient mother agreed to take the patient to the local hospital ER for stabilization and further evaluation.
