Symptom narrative

Patient presented today for Heplisav-B #2 reporting that her right deltoid area/upper arm was swollen the next day and she had pain in her arm with movement radiating into her right shoulder for at least 4 days. She verbalized concern due to her autoimmune history, and she has a similar prior adverse reaction to the Moderna mRNA Covid-19 vaccine.
