Symptom narrative

Pt described a episode of Atrial fibrillation, first since S/P Cardiac ablation. Pt sought medical treatment and rhythm controlled by Flecainide.

Current illness

NSR, resolved A-Fib secondary to Cardiac ablation.

Medical history

Hx of converted Atrial fibrillation to NSR with anticoagulation.
