Symptom narrative

Pt states that she started not feeling well the next morning. Pt reports waking up sweating along with having a headache and congestion. Pt went to ER after dealing with symptoms for 3 days. Pt dx with cellulitis at the site of the injection. Pt given abx (cephalexin). Pt aware to complete full dose of abx.
