On 09-Apr-2025, the patient was vaccinated with Varicella Virus Vaccine Live (Oka-Merck) (VARIVAX) (formulation, strength, dose, vaccination scheme, and anatomical site of vaccination were not reported, lot numbers Y010373, which had been verified to be valid, expiration date was reported as 06-Jun-2026 and validated as 05-Jun-2026; and Y015108 which had been verified to be valid, expiration date was reported and validated as 06-Sep-2026), as prophylaxis.
