Symptom narrative

No additional AE/no; received half a dose of PROQUAD; This spontaneous report was received from a field-based employee (FBE) via physician and refers to a patient of unknown age and gender. The patient's medical history was not reported. The patient's concurrent conditions were not reported. Concomitant therapies were not reported. On 30-APR-2025, the patient was vaccinated with half a dose of Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella (Oka-Merck) Virus Vaccine Live (PROQUAD) due to the child screaming and squirming and they lost control of the child, and the product was wasted during that time (underdose). The FBE states the physician wanted to know if the dose given was sufficient or is revaccination required. No adverse events reported.
