Symptom narrative

Later in the evening after receiving his vaccine, mother says he "reacted" and developed fever, his hands looked "cold and purple" and he was fussy. This was better, it sounds like, by the next day. No ongoing concerns. Family is concerned that this could have been related to the vaccines he had received, and wants this "reaction marked in his chart.".
