Symptom narrative

firm chestnut-sized swelling appeared on top of muscle below SQ injection site the day after injection. Site was swollen tender and erythematous x 1 week post-injection. The ?lump? persists 10 days post injection, redness and tenderness has resolved. No hx vaccine reactions in past.
