Symptom narrative

patient first experienced pain in the upper left arm, the arm the Capvaxive was administered in. he stated the pain travelled further down that same arm and ended in the wrist area. patient's wrist was swollen and stiff. patient was told to use ice on the swollen area of that wrist and present to his physician for further medical advice if deemed necessary.
