Site: Bruising at Injection Site-Mild, Site: Itching at Injection Site-Severe, Site: Pain at Injection Site-Mild, Site: Redness at Injection Site-Medium, Systemic: Allergic: Itch (specify: facial area, extremeties)-Severe, Systemic: Allergic: Rash (specify: facial area, extremeties)-Medium, Additional Details: little pain initially, then a lot of itching, area is red, a little bruised, possibly from scratching. Informed pt to take benadryl and ice the area for relief, she will follow up with md in the next day or 2 if it worsens or stays the same
