Symptom narrative

He developed a clinical picture of Guillain-Bare Syndrome 10 days after flu vaccine. Severe bilateral lower extremity weakness and sensory loss. Absent lower extremity reflexes, axonal neuropathy on EMG (+) cytoalbuminologic dissociation on CSF. Also had dysautonomia - urinary retention
