Symptom narrative

4-day history of erythematous circumferential rash to right upper outer extremity that presented 1 day after receiving Prevnar vaccination. Area is about 3 inches in circumference, with warmth, and mild firmness at center. No TTP. No infectious symptoms. No extension of symptoms beyond the direct site. She notes it has been reducing in size.
