Pt's wife called and said patient is feeling very tired this morning and is feeling lousy. She also mentioned that he felt dizzy when he stood up and had to lay back down. I suggested the patient take tylenol if they have a fever. I told her he will probably start to feel better later today, but if anything gets worse to call his doctor and also us at the pharmacy
