11/11/24: Prevnar 20 administered, 11/19/24: patient reports, "top of arm is still swollen and red" and "arm feels heavy, tingling and numbness while typing" with a severity of 9/10, patient denies fever or previous reaction. patient prescribed 10-day supply of naproxen 500mg twice a day with meals. 12/3/24 patient calls and says naproxen is not working and she is referred to ortho (cannot see if there was any appointment made or what the results were).3/27/25 patient reports no relief and all the same symptoms continue referred to neurology but patient refuses, offered pain managment referral
