Symptom narrative

The evening of 5/2 the patient started with shaking and muscle twitching. The following day, mom started taking pictures as she noticed left arm redness and swelling that was progressing. Patient was evaluated at Urgent Care where it was determined to be a localized vaccine reaction. On 5/4 patient was referred to ED for progressing arm redness and swelling with bruising and blistering noted. It was determined to most likely be a vaccine reaction with cellulitis being a less likely cause.
