Symptom narrative

Patient reported on 5/5/25 pain that did not go away at the injection site of vaccines received in the right arm, radiating up the shoulder and the neck starting 4/26/25. Patient's MD determined that it may be SIRVA (Shoulder Injury after Vaccine Administration) and prescribed a muscle relaxer and told patient to apply ice as directed. Patient was told by MD to call pharmacy to tell us to report the adverse event to VAERS.
