Symptom narrative

Participant received Covid-19 injection at 1531 on 5/2/25, participant was observed for 15 minutes. After obnservation period, participant went and got up to walk and stated, "I feel lightheaded, and I have a left numb arm, but the lightheadedness started earlier in the day". RN offered snacks, water, and Gatorade to participant. RN performed vitals on participant, all within normal limits (BP: 130/90, HR 98, 96% oxygen saturation on room air, 97.8 temporal temperature.) Participant stated "my numb arm and lightheadendness has resolved" about ten minutes after vitals were taken and participant left building.
