Symptom narrative

Approximately an hour after receiving the vaccine, I experienced a stabbing (ice pick) headache and have experienced the same headache daily since the vaccine (aprox. 3 1/2 years). I have never experienced this type of headache in my life prior to the vaccine. The intensity of the headache varies but has been consistent and persistent since receiving the vaccine on 10/21/2021. Other symptoms include, dizziness, brain fog, confusion, memory loss, feelings of derealization, fatigue, body aches, hand eye coordination difficulties and my reaction time and awareness of my surroundings have been impaired dramatically.
