The patient's medical history was not reported. The patient's concurrent conditions were not reported. Concomitant therapies were not reported. On 16-Apr-2025, the patient was vaccinated with an expired dose of Hepatitis A Vaccine, Inactivated (VAQTA), (lot #X025482, expiration date: 12-Apr-2025) (1 dose) for prophylaxis.
